Job summary

Grand Victorian of Zionsville in Carmel, Indiana, is seeking a proactive Activities Director to lead the Activities team, design and facilitate engaging programs, and promote resident participation.

You will manage monthly calendars, budgets, transportation, and the Resident Council; mentor staff, coordinate the community newsletter, and help reflect our core values of love, compassion, and dignity in every activity.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience leading activity programs in healthcare settings.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Activity team with guidance and support for each resident activity.
