Job summary

Brookstone Estates, Emerald Glen, & Grand Victorian is seeking an Activities Lead to guide the resident activity team and craft engaging recreational programs for diverse residents.

You will promote participation among residents, families, employees, and the community, and manage a monthly activities calendar while documenting engagement and progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Activity team and guide residents through events and programs.
• Design and implement monthly activities calendars tailored to residents' needs and abilities.
• Oversee budget, inventory, and cost-effective operations of the activities program.
• Coordinate transportation and organized outings using the company van.
• Engage residents, families, staff, and community to promote participation.
• Support Resident Council and communicate via the community newsletter.
