Job summary

Holt Senior Care & Rehab Center is seeking an Activities Aide to deliver and lead life enrichment programs that promote health and well-being for residents. The role involves organizing group and one-on-one activities, encouraging attendance, and creating a lively, therapeutic atmosphere.

A background in long-term care is preferred, with associates in music or recreational therapy favored. We offer competitive pay with starting wages at $14 per hour, plus Hero Pay, and yearly wage increases,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• You will assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• You will encourage attendance and transport to life enrichment programs.
• You will evaluate patients and tailor meaningful activities to their interests and needs.
• You will develop and display thematic decorations throughout the facility.

You will earn:

• Starting wages $14.00 per hour

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred
