Job summary

Fisher Senior Care and Rehab Center is hiring to promote hospitality and exceptional customer service for guests, families, and visitors. You will help run group and one-on-one life enrichment activities and support transportation to programs.

The role emphasizes evaluating residents to tailor meaningful activities, and creating festive decorations that enhance the healing environment. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering care.
• You are a team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support your team.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport to life enrichment programs.
• Evaluate patients according to background, life enrichment interests, abilities, physical limitations, and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.

We Can Work With Your Scheduling Needs

• 8 hour shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
