Job summary

Hoyt Nursing & Rehab Centre in Saginaw, MI, is seeking an Activities Aide to deliver and lead daily life enrichment programs. The role supports therapeutic activities that promote health, well-being, and meaningful engagement for residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long-term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transportation to and from life enrichment activities.
• Evaluate patients based on interests, abilities, and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display themed decorations throughout the facility.

You will earn:

• Starting Wages $14.00 per hour
