Job summary

Cascade Senior Care Center is seeking an Activities Aide to deliver and lead life enrichment programs daily, promoting hospitality and a therapeutic, joyful environment for guests and families. The role involves facilitating group and individual activities and coordinating attendance and transportation as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in long-term care or related settings, and preferences include an Associate in Music or Recreational Therapy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.

• Evaluate patients according to their background, life enrichment interests, abilities, and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.

Join our EPIC team at Cascade Senior Care Center! The Activities Aide delivers and leads life enrichment programs every day. Our calendar is filled with amazing and creative activities that bring fulfillment and joy. These activities have the dual purpose of being therapeutic and promoting health and well-being. We are always trying new fun ideas. If you like to play games and do crafts, this position may be for you!

You will earn: Earn up to $15.85 per hour!

• Starting Wages $15.00 per hour
