Job summary

Saginaw Senior Care & Rehab in Michigan is seeking a Life Enrichment & Activities Aide for part-time hours. You will lead daily life enrichment activities, promote a welcoming, healing environment, and support residents through engaging programs and events.

You will assist with group and individual activities, encourage participation and transport to events, and help tailor programs to residents’ interests and abilities. Previous long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport to life enrichment programs.
• Evaluate patients according to background, interests, abilities, and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.

The Life Enrichment & Activities Aide delivers and leads life enrichment programs every day. Our calendar is filled with amazing and creative activities that bring fulfillment and joy. You will earn: $15.85 per hour! NEW RATE!!

• Starting Wages $15.00 per hour

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• Part Time
