Wellbridge of Grand Blanc is seeking an ActivitiesAide to deliver and lead life enrichment programs daily, focusing on therapeutic activities that promote health and well-being. If you enjoy games and crafts, this position may be for you!

Part-time role with starting pay of $15.00 per hour, plus $0.85 per hour hero pay and yearly wage increases, plus best-in-class benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, 401k with employer match, and career advancement

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
• You are a team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support your team members and get the job done.

Responsabilités

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport to life enrichment programs.
• Evaluate patients according to background, interests, abilities, and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.
