Job summary

WellBridge of Rochester Hills is seeking an Activities Aide to enhance life enrichment for residents in a compassionate, team-focused environment.

You will lead group and one-on-one activities, promote hospitality and excellent service, and assist with transport and decorations, with part-time weekend scheduling.

Starting wage is $16.00 per hour to start, plus potential annual wage increases and hero pay where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
• You are a team player, dedicated to doing what it takes to support your team members and get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport to life enrichment programs.
• Evaluate patients according to their background and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.
