Job summary

Wellbridge of Grand Blanc is seeking an Activities Aide to deliver and lead life enrichment programs daily. You will help create a therapeutic, joyful environment through games and crafts, while supporting residents' well-being.

This part-time role starts at $15.00 per hour with an additional $0.85 per hour hero pay, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, PTO, and tuition assistance. You will join a dedicated team focused on compassionate care and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long-term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to compassionate, innovative care.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Lead and assist group and one-on-one life enrichment activities.
• Encourage attendance and transport to life enrichment programs.
• Assess residents to tailor programs to interests and needs.
• Create and display themed decorations throughout the facility.

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:
