Durand Senior Care & Rehab in Durand, MI is seeking an Activities Aide to lead daily life enrichment programs and promote a warm, healing environment. This part-time role supports guests, families, and visitors with compassionate hospitality and engaging activities designed to improve physical and mental well-being.

You will supervise group and one-on-one sessions, encourage attendance and transport to programs, and help create thematic decorations.

• 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.

Our calendar is filled with amazing and creative activities that bring fulfillment and joy. These activities have the dual purpose of being therapeutic and promoting both physical & mental health and well-being. We are always trying new fun ideas. If you like to play games, listen to music and sing songs, and do arts & crafts -this position may be for you!

You will earn:

• Base wages starting at $14.50 per hour
• PLUS Hero Pay ($0.85 per hour!)
