Job summary

Saginaw Senior Care & Rehab seeks an energetic Life Enrichment & Activities Aide to lead daily activities, coordinate programs, and promote a warm, healing environment for residents. You will run group and individual enrichment activities, help with transportation to events, and tailor programs to residents’ interests and needs.

The role supports a compassionate team in a part-time capacity, with rotating weekends and holiday coverage, and offers strong benefits including tuition reimbursement,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.
• Associates in Music or Recreational Therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transportation to life enrichment programs.
• Evaluate patients by background, interests, abilities, and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations throughout the facility.

The Life Enrichment & Activities Aide delivers and leads life enrichment programs every day. Our calendar is filled with amazing and creative activities that bring fulfillment and joy. These activities have the dual purpose of being therapeutic and promoting health and well-being. We are always trying new fun ideas. You will earn: $15.85 per hour! NEW RATE!!

• Starting Wages $15.00 per hour

We can work with your scheduling needs:
