Riverview Health & Rehab Center - Jefferson is seeking an Activities Aide to assist in planning and delivering engaging life enrichment activities for residents. You will help record attendance and participation while ensuring residents are comfortable and treated with dignity.

The role emphasizes strong communication, the ability to motivate volunteers and teamwork with the Activities Director and staff in a supportive senior living setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of job-related experience in senior living communities preferred.
• Ability to lead activities and motivate volunteers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining balanced resident-centered activities and life enrichment programs.
• Complete attendance and participation records for activities.
• Maintain residents' comfort, privacy and dignity with warmth and respect.
• Support QA processes and service standards.
