Job summary

Clear Street in New York is seeking an Associate for Active Trading Support to deliver frontline help for a fast-paced retail trading platform. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and platform cases, assist with onboarding, and resolve account issues during market hours.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in fintech or brokerage support.
• Professional trading experience and/or in a trading support function across equities, options, or futures (futures strongly preferred).
• Calm and composed under emotional pressure.
• Client service skills and ability to resolve issues.
• Must have active Series 7 & Series 63.
• Active Series 3 preferred; if not active, must pass the exam within 3 months of joining.

Responsibilities

• Front-line support for a retail active trading platform; primary channels include inbound calls, platform support cases, and potentially live chat during market hours.
• Handle platform questions, account issues, PDT inquiries, onboarding, and billing; escalate trading issues to trade desk specialists.
• Report to the Active Support Team Lead.
