Job summary

Clear Street in New York is seeking a Senior Associate to provide active trading support for retail traders. You will handle onboarding, client inquiries, and account-related questions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least four years in fintech or brokerage support, trading experience across equities, options, or futures, and active Series 7 and 63. Series 3 is a plus, or willing to pass within 3 months.

Qualifications

• At least four (4) years in fintech or brokerage support.
• Professional trading experience in equities, options, or futures (futures preferred).
• Calm and composed under emotional pressure.
• Client service skills, able to identify and resolve issues.
• Active Series 7 & Series 63 required; Series 3 preferred or willing to pass within 3 months of joining.

Responsibilities

• Front-line support for a retail active trading platform during market hours.
• Handle platform questions, account issues, PDT inquiries, onboarding, and billing.
• Escalate trading issues to trade desk specialists.
• Report to Active Support Team Lead.
