Our client, a financial services firm in midtown NYC, is seeking a Hybrid Trading Operations Analyst to join their growing team.

Collaborate with Front Office, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to support accurate trade execution, efficient onboarding and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain trade and account information across systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Monitor trade processing, including trade capture, allocations, and trade flow
• Support end-to-end onboarding for new clients and accounts
• Review onboarding documentation, including KYC/AML materials, legal agreements, periodic KYC refreshes, and risk renewal reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Partner with Front Office and internal teams to streamline account setup
• Coordinate with regional offices and global teams to maintain consistent onboarding processes and account setup
• Maintain workflows and escalate issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related discipline
• 1–3+ years of experience in Operations, Client Onboarding, Trade Support or Settlements
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of financial markets, trade lifecycle and regulatory compliance requirements
• FINRA licenses preferred: Series 7 or SIE and Series 99
• Candidates without licenses must obtain them within first three months of employment
