Greystar seeks a Community Manager to oversee operations, performance, and resident experience at a multifamily or senior housing community. You will lead on-site teams, ensure financial performance, and uphold high service standards across the property.

With focus on resident satisfaction, team development, and culture, you will ensure compliance with policies and laws while driving long-term community success through proactive management and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to resident concerns and resolves issues with empathy and proactive solutions.
• Prepares financial, operational, and administrative reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaises with ownership, investors, and regional asset management, providing updates and market insights.
