• 2+ years in customer service preferred.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and multitask.
• Sales skills including analysis, objection handling, pitching and closing.
• Customer complaint resolution and call management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers through outbound and inbound calls to activate Spectrum services.
• Guide customers through the activation process and troubleshoot issues with various tools and applications.
• Ensure successful equipment activations and internet setup.
