Spectrum is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and provide support for Internet and Voice services. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, assist with billing inquiries, and help customers navigate Spectrum services, contributing to a best-in-class experience.

Start Date: December 4, 2026. The role requires strong listening, proactive problem solving, and the ability to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• 6+ months of customer service or related experience.
• Experience with basic technical support and heavy call volume is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support by phone for Internet and Voice issues.
• Troubleshoot basic technical problems and assist with payments and billing inquiries.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues to strengthen Spectrum's relationship with residential customers.
