Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Professional Pennsylvania Clinical License required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.).
• Minimum of two years direct-service experience with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Minimum of two years of direct supervisory/management experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Directs the day-to-day clinical operation of the ACT Team.
• Schedule staff work hours for coverage across shifts and on-call.
• Lead daily staff meetings and treatment planning meetings.
• Evaluate client status to coordinate treatment activities.
• Maintain confidentiality policies and procedures.
