Job summary

St. Patrick Center seeks a Manager of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Programs to supervise the ACT team and deliver treatment, rehabilitation, advocacy, and case management for clients with severe mental illness and substance use issues.

You will lead clinical operations, assist with recruitment and onboarding, coordinate referrals, and ensure comprehensive assessments and coordinated care with community agencies. This role requires leadership and Crisis intervention expertise.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising a team or relevant professional experience.
• MO driver license (Class E) and personal vehicle with auto insurance.
• Drug test to be completed within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of Housing First and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Experience in counseling and case management.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day clinical operations of the ACT team; schedule coworker hours and lead staff meetings.
• Participate in recruitment, interviewing, hiring and onboarding; develop performance plans.
• Refer clients to community agencies and coordinate with partners.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, housing status, and needs.
• Provide individual and group clinical services; adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote a culture of respect, empowerment, and equity.
• Maintain client tracking systems and documentation; ensure records are up to date.
• Provide on-call crisis intervention; cover nights and weekends as needed.
