Resources For Human Development in Frankford, DE is seeking an experienced ACT Team Leader to provide clinical and administrative leadership to a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment team serving up to 125 individuals living with and recovering from severe mental illness.

This full-time leadership role emphasizes recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care and collaboration with housing, employment, and community supports, with daily oversight of team performance and program compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation, or a related field
• OR Registered Nurse with a certificate in Mental Health Nursing from the American Nurses Association
• At least 3 years of clinical and/or administrative experience providing community support services to adults with SMI, including those with co-occurring SUD
• Addictions training and/or experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary ACT team with clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Provide leadership, clinical guidance, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality, evidence-based services
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and staff meetings to support program operations
• Monitor program outcomes, documentation, and compliance with policies and regulations
• Foster recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care and collaborative decision-making across the team
