This full‑time, salaried role combines hands‑on clinical work with program management and ensures recovery‑oriented services are delivered. You will lead, mentor, and supervise clinicians and paraprofessionals, coordinate housing, employment, and community

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation, or related field.
• RN with a certificate in Mental Health Nursing from the American Nurses Association.
• At least 3 years of clinical and/or administrative experience providing community support services to adults with SMI, including co‑occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary ACT team with clinical and administrative responsibilities.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff and ensure trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented care.
• Monitor outcomes, documentation, and regulatory compliance; coordinate housing, employment, and community supports.
