Job summary

Training & Treatment Innovations, Inc. is seeking a qualified ACT Program Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team providing community-based services to adults with severe mental illness.

The role oversees daily ACT operations, coordinates services, supervises staff, and may deliver direct clinical services, including individual therapy and group facilitation, while maintaining a person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Michigan licenses: LMSW/LLMSW or LPC.
• License must be active, valid, and in good standing with Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of ACT program services.
• Maintain a primary caseload of ~5–10 individuals and assist with case management.
• Facilitate daily ACT team meetings and coordinate care among staff.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation with stipend compensation.
• Provide direct clinical services as needed (therapy and group facilitation).
• Ensure services are person-centered and promote safety and wellness.
• Oversee admissions, transfers, and plans of service; coordinate across services.
