Job summary

Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare seeks an ACT Coordinator to lead a field-based ACT team serving adults with complex needs. You will supervise two staff, ensure ACT fidelity, and maintain compliance with Texas HHSC and SAMHSA practices.

Experience with EHR systems and trauma-informed care is essential. The role requires a Master's in a human services field, QMHP eligibility, and LPC/LCSW/LMFT licensure or eligible substitutes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services field is required.
• Applicants must qualify as Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as defined by DSHS.
• LPC, LCSW or LMFT license is required; LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate or LMSW may be accepted.
• 3 years mental health experience required; 2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field-based ACT team and supervise 2 staff with intensive caseloads.
• Interview, train, and provide ongoing supervision of clinical staff.
• Ensure fidelity to the ACT model and compliance with state contracts and agency standards.
• Review and audit clinical documentation and oversee use of an electronic health record.
• Coordinate team duties, manage scheduling and services for individuals served.
• Provide treatment services to a small caseload and organize clinical team meetings.
• Travel within the region as required.
