Qualifications

• LMHC, LMSW, LCSW or NYS licensure or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in human services with individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorder.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and outcome orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day clinical operations and productivity standards.
• Directs and coordinates consumer admission, treatment, rehabilitation, support, and discharge processes.
• Facilitates team and treatment planning meetings.
• Establishes procedures for monitoring workflow and staff performance.
• Compiles weekly reports and census data.
• Assists with assessments such as CAIRS, AOT, and HCBS eligibility.
• Manages communications with MCOs to authorize services.
• Provides direct supervision and handles complaints and grievances.
• Monitors service delivery and consumer satisfaction.
• Schedules staff hours and approves timesheets.
• Assists with scheduling 24-hour crisis on-call services on rotation.
• Participates in staff recruitment, orientation, and performance planning.
• Ensures evidence-based treatments and adherence to Medicaid/NYs OMH policies.
• Sets performance standards for documentation and compliance.
• Participates in quality improvement and trainings.
• Performs other duties as required by the Director of ACT Services.
