The ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Program Supervisor leads a multidisciplinary mental health team that provides comprehensive, community-based services to adults living with severe and persistent mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders.
This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the ACT team, coordinating services, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care. The position follows a regular Monday–Friday schedule.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, the ACT Supervisor may provide direct clinical services, including individual therapy and facilitating group sessions—ideal for clinicians who enjoy both leadership and direct client care.
Must hold one of the following active Michigan licenses (full or limited licensure accepted, where applicable):
License must be active, valid, and in good standing with the State of Michigan.
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in community mental health or a related behavioral health setting
