Responsibilities

  • Provide general clerical support for ACT 101 personnel and the ACT 101 Mentoring and Advisory Board, including recordkeeping, agenda preparation, meeting organization, minutes, and stakeholder communications.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for ACT 101 students and maintain student files, progress reports, transcripts, and related documents.
  • Prepare routine documents and assist in creating program materials such as posters and workshop materials.
  • Communicate with ACT 101 students through multiple channels, including newsletters and social media.
