Responsibilities

• Assist and provide accurate information to students and stakeholders in enrollment-related calls and front desk interactions.
• Staff the Enrollment Center front desk, greet visitors, and handle enrollment needs professionally.
• Update student records and assist with reports while maintaining privacy policies.
• Refer complex issues to appropriate departments and collaborate across the College.
• Support events, outreach, and training activities as needed.
