Nick DeMaio State Farm is hiring a sales-dominant Acquisitions Specialist to aggressively drive new business across two high-performing locations. What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach

• Handle objections confidently and move prospects toward decision

Licensing Requirements

Full licensing is required. Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office. Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire. Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided throughout the process.
