- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain quickly with agency support.
Responsibilities
- Drive New Business: prospect daily and convert leads into bound policies.
- Lead Sales Conversations: conduct discovery and present clear, value-driven recommendations.
- Maximize Revenue: cross-sell and upsell to increase revenue per household.
- Stay Sharp: maintain knowledge of products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends.
