Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist/Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy to execution. You’ll manage Meta campaigns, lead client calls, and ensure delivery of qualified appointments with a performance-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and be the primary client contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and present performance updates.
• Prepare performance reports 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and bookings.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust for cost-per-appointment targets.
• Configure tracking, pixels, and conversion events; troubleshoot issues.
