Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own a portfolio of client accounts, supervise Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment booking, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will translate data into strategic recommendations, lead client calls, and ensure retention and referrals. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for client results, relationships, and retention, while collaborating on messaging

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Configure tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows; monitor lead flow.
