Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You’ll manage Meta campaigns, lead bi-weekly calls, monitor results, and translate data into clear recommendations for non‑technical clients.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you’ll drive retention and growth through performance optimization, proactive issue resolution, and concise client communications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and be the primary contact
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
• Monitor budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables
• Set up tracking pixels and conversion events; integrate Calendly and Zapier
• Proactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues from affecting client results
