Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or lead generation is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify acquisition targets aligned with company strategy.
• Source new leads using databases, industry publications, and networking.
• Screen and qualify leads based on financial health and market fit.
• Update and maintain a comprehensive database of potential targets.
• Initiate contact with potential sellers via email/phone.
• Schedule introductory meetings between management and sellers.
• Respond to inquiries regarding the acquisition process.
• Prepare presentation materials and reports for the BD team.
• Maintain detailed records of all lead interactions and progress through the pipeline.
• Coordinate with legal, finance and other teams during due diligence.
