Job summary

ADT in Carrollton, TX, is seeking an Installation Team Manager to coordinate people and materials for prompt installation and service of all jobs within the district. You will plan, implement, and manage the activities of the installation and service workforce, ensure training, and drive cost-efficient service to support sales growth.

As a key liaison with corporate and the district, you will lead meetings, report performance, and maintain high quality, timely service for maximum customer

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3 to 5 years related industry experience with a high volume, high impact operation.
• Experience calculating economic impact or offerings on a customers' business; experience building value cases for customers

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements and manages service workforce activities and training.
• Develops cost-efficient service plans for targeted sales growth.
• Works with General Manager to meet profitability goals.
• Conducts meetings monthly or quarterly.
• Communicates installation policies, procedures, and promotions.
• Assists sales by reducing installation costs and applying varied system options.
• Serves as primary contact for district installation and service workforce.
• Ensures consistency of field installation and service activities.
• Maintains high quality and timely installation/service for customer retention.
• Develops and maintains workforce through recruiting, training, motivating and coaching.
• Tracks daily/monthly/quarterly installation/activity results.
