Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Installation Supervisor in Carrollton, TX, to lead the installation team across Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. You will supervise installation activities, guide programming, run start-ups and certifications, and provide customer training on-site.

Qualifications

• Proficient construction skills and understanding of system plans.
• Excellent understanding of blueprints, design drawings including wiring and labeling methods, system wiring, wiring methods, and cable support installation (J-Hook, Raceway, Conduit, Cable Support).
• Basic technical programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation team and oversee the installation process including programming, system start-up/check-out, certification, and related customer training on assigned Fire, Security, and/or Building Automation projects.
• Ensure delivery of projects effectively and within budgeted costs and time schedules; maximize customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
