Job summary

ADT Security Services in Columbus seeks a Team Manager to coordinate installation and service of jobs within an assigned district. The role acts as the liaison between district service work force and corporate service, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

You will lead the service workforce, develop cost-efficient plans, conduct regular meetings, and support sales with valuable applications. Requires 3–5 years' leadership in high-volume operations and an associate degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3–5 years in a high-volume operation with experience building value cases for customers.
• Ability to lead a team, manage multiple challenges and prioritize tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; solid business skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage the activities of the service workforce and ensure training of product installation and service skills.
• Formulate cost-efficient service plans to support targeted sales growth and market share goals.
• Collaborate with General Manager to meet profitability objectives.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly meetings to review performance and strategy.
• Communicate policies, procedures, and product/service information to the team and customers.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate and coach installation/service staff to maintain quality.
• Serve as primary contact for district installation and service workforce input to Corporate Installation and Service.
• Track daily/monthly/quarterly activity and installers’ performance to drive retention.
