Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in business administration, marketing, operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of operations and operations management experience.

• Ability to develop talent, succession plans, and performance feedback.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities
