Job summary

ADT is seeking an Area Sales and Installation Manager to lead the regional strategy for the New Acquisition channel and to drive revenue growth across field operations and sales teams. You will develop action plans, mentor managers and collaborate with functional leaders to ensure execution of the business plan.

You will oversee service and installation operations, maintain high-quality customer service, and optimize processes to improve metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of operations and operations management experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership operations experience.
• Experience in assessing, coaching, and developing talent in multi-disciplinary organizations.
• Experience establishing business direction and executing strategy development and implementation.
• Experience leading a significant business unit and implementing growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct revenue growth and profitability for a designated area.
• Plan and coordinate service and installation operations for the area.
• Maintain high-quality, timely service to maximize customer retention.
• Develop and maintain liaisons with public safety officers, subcontractors and industry contacts.
• Execute operating efficiencies and ensure consistency in field operations and sales processes.
• Monitor competitive activity and implement tactical defenses in the territory.
• Collaborate with other units to improve acquisition, reduce attrition and cost-to-serve.
• Mentor and support operation and sales managers to drive productivity.
• Support Sales Reps productivity and implement leadership dashboards and programs.
• Launch new products, services, and programs to meet market demands.
