Job summary

Techlite, a division of Zippertubing, in Tempe, AZ, seeks an Acoustics Customer Support Associate / Inside Sales to support B2B customers from quote through delivery. This full-time onsite role requires handling inquiries, processing quotes and orders, and coordinating with engineering and production.

You will maintain CRM records, manage on-hold orders, assist with payments, and identify ways to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or order-processing role or B2B Inside Sales.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Experience supporting customized or engineered-to-order products preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and understand priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, live chat, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
• Review and process quotes and orders for completeness and accuracy before production and invoicing.
• Manage orders on hold for revisions or payments and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper documentation of interactions.
• Assist with payments processing and order-related duties as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
