Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years in acoustics, materials engineering, or product development preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of acoustic panels and insulation systems.
• Perform acoustic calculations related to absorption, transmission loss, and noise reduction.
• Assist in product testing, validation, and documentation.
• Interpret customer specifications and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing for scalable, cost-effective designs.
• Support prototype development and product improvements.
• Contribute to technical documentation and data sheets.
• Collaborate with Sales to translate performance into customer solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement within engineering and production.
