Job summary

TECHLITE Acoustics & Insulation in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Acoustics Customer Support Associate to handle order processing and customer communications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will manage quotes and orders, support cross-functional teams, process RMAs, and maintain accurate CRM records, with a Monday-Thursday 6:00am–3:30pm schedule and onsite work.

This full-time role offers a stable schedule and opportunities to grow in a supportive, detail-oriented team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or order-processing role.
• Experience supporting customized or engineered-to-order products.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent work experience considered.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams.
• CRM system knowledge and solid math, computer, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, live chat, and in person.
• Build trusted relationships by providing responsive, professional service.
• Keep customers informed throughout the order lifecycle.
• Review quotes and orders for completeness and accuracy before production.
• Manage orders on hold for PO revisions, payment, etc.
• Coordinate with Technical Sales, Quality, and Engineering on custom inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Process RMAs and track returns.
• CRM queue management and accurate payment processing.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
