Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or order-processing role.
• Superior attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience supporting customized or engineered-to-order products; manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, live chat, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
• Process quotes and orders for completeness and accuracy before orders are released to production and invoiced to the customer.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in an orderly manner; CRM queue management.
• RMA processing and tracking; manage changes in sales orders and coordinate with related departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
