Valley Interior Products, Inc. is seeking an Acoustical Architectural Specialties Sales Representative to provide product expertise and drive sales. You will work with the sales team to close deals, build relationships with customers, and develop pricing strategies for acoustical solutions.

The role emphasizes technical knowledge, project budgeting support, and collaboration with field teams to achieve business goals while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 4 year degree preferred.
• Two or more years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to understand and read plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork, with initiative and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers.
• Serve as a technical resource for sales teams and customers.
• Perform design consultations and assist with project budgeting.
• Uncover new project opportunities and estimate pricing.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customer purchases.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps to determine sales strategies.
• Overcome objections and quote prices.
• Maintain customer accounts and complete sales administrative tasks.
• Track sales activity and pricing; follow up on estimates and bids.
• Utilize technology to service customer needs and provide market solutions.

Education
