You will work with the sales team to identify opportunities, perform design consultations, estimate pricing, and develop product knowledge to assist customers. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 4-year degree preferred.
• Two or more years of relevant experience.
• Ability to understand and read plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers.
• Technical resource for internal and external teams in acoustical architectural specialties products.
• Perform design consultation and assist with project budgeting.
• Uncover new project opportunities and estimate pricing.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers with purchases.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers on strategies.
• Overcome objections and quote prices.
• Maintain records of sales activity and pricing.
• Follow up on estimates, bids, and job tracking.
• Use technology to service customer needs and provide market solutions.
