Valley Interior Products, Inc. in Nashville, TN, is seeking an Acoustical Architectural Specialties Sales Representative to provide product knowledge, brand visibility, and solutions for acoustical architectural products.

You will work with the sales team to close work and drive sales to exceed business goals. You will build relationships with customers, serve as a technical resource, and develop pricing for projects while collaborating with Outside Sales and Sales Managers to determine

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 4-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Demonstrated integrity and servant leadership in collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, building relationships at all levels.
• Self-management, initiative, and results-driven.
• Professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and act as a technical resource for the sales team and clients.
• Provide design consultation and assist with project budgeting.
• Uncover new project opportunities and estimate/pricing.
• Develop product knowledge to support customer purchases.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers on sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pricing, and bids.
• Follow up on estimates, bids, and project tracking using available tech.
