APCI Federal Credit Union in Allentown, PA seeks an Electronic Transaction Specialist to support ACH processing, digital banking, and wire transfers. You will be the SME for NACHA rules and fraud prevention tools, delivering accurate member service and timely reconciliation.

This on-site role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while upholding confidentiality and security standards.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, or related field required; 3 years financial institution experience may substitute.
• Knowledge of NACHA rules and regulations required.
• Experience supporting electronic and digital banking services with strong customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for ACH-related processes, reporting, audit support, and NACHA compliance.
• Process external Account-to-Account transfers and support P2P transfer services.
• Lead contact for instant payment services, including FedNow and RTP.
• Assist members and employees with ACH questions and research requests.
• Support incoming/outgoing wire transfer processing and backup other eCommerce functions.
• Monitor digital banking services and educate members on fraud prevention best practices.
