Job summary

AirProducts seeks a Credit Union Electronic Transaction Specialist at its Allentown, PA headquarters to support ACH processing, electronic payments, and digital banking services. You will be the subject matter expert for ACH-related activities, assist members and staff, and help protect accounts through fraud prevention tools.

This role emphasizes accuracy, security, and excellent member experience. Qualifications include an associate degree and 3+ years in financial services, with NACHA

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Three years of financial institution experience required.
• Experience with electronic and digital banking services.
• Knowledge of NACHA rules and regulations.
• AAP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for ACH processes, reporting, and NACHA compliance.
• Process external Account-to-Account transfers and Pay a Person transfers.
• Lead contact for instant payment services (FedNow and RTP).
• Assist members and staff with ACH questions and research requests.
• Support wire transfer processing and backup for ecommerce functions.
• Monitor digital banking services to ensure a positive member experience.
• Identify and mitigate fraud risks using available tools (BioCatch).
• Stay current on fraud trends and educate members on prevention.
