Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is hiring a Credit Union Electronic Transaction Specialist at our Allentown, PA headquarters.

This role focuses on ACH processing, reconciliation, reporting, and NACHA compliance to support APCI FCU's digital banking services and provide exceptional member experiences. You will work closely with members and internal teams on ACH processing, electronic payments, fraud prevention initiatives, and other electronic transaction operations, ensuring accuracy and

Qualifications

• Experience supporting electronic and digital banking services in a financial institution.
• Familiarity with NACHA rules and regulations is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for ACH-related processes, reporting, and NACHA compliance.
• Process external Account-to-Account transfers and support Pay from Person transfer services.
• Lead contact for instant payment services (FedNow and RTP).
• Assist members and employees with ACH questions and research requests.
• Provide backup support for wire processing and other eCommerce functions.
